This site collects as little as it can, and the program collects nothing. Here is exactly what, so none of it has to be guessed at.

The contact form

What you write in the form — name, company, email, phone, computer code and message — is sent by email to us and is not stored on this site. There is no contact database and no mailing list.

That data is used only to reply and, if there is business, to issue the licence and the invoice. It lives in the mailbox and in the accounts, for as long as the law requires in the case of invoices.

Cookies and tracking

• There is no analytics — no Google Analytics and nothing like it.
• There are no external fonts. The type is your own system’s, so reading this page is not reported to anybody else.
• There are no social buttons and no other content loaded from outside.
• Cookies only if you log into the site’s administration, which is for whoever maintains it. A visitor gets none.

Like any site, the server hosting it keeps access logs — date, IP address, page requested — for as long as the host decides. That is the technical minimum for the site to work and for a fault to be understood.

The program

ImpoMatrix works on your computer and never sends jobs, files, client artwork or usage statistics anywhere. There is no account, no synchronisation and no telemetry.

The only network connection the program ever makes is the date check for time-limited licences, described on the licence page: a request to two well-known hosts, sending nothing, purely to read the date off the response. A perpetual licence never makes that request at all.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the data you sent us. Since it is not kept on the site, in practice that means deleting the email exchange — write to us and it is done. If you believe your data is being mishandled, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.
